The need
Client wanted to showcase key features of 3 products: Retail, Skills and Software & Platforms. We had 6 weeks to create those prototypes in this period the script and click path was created. Part of our task included daily revision with script owners to align in best approach keeping in mind customer and User Experience
My role
I served as the Design Lead. Based on a prior experience with a demo prototype for Workday, I was equipped with the knowledge necessary to deliver a successful product.
My daily responsibilities included syncing with product owners and aligning with designers, assisting in setting timelines, delegating tasks, and allocating resources effectively. As a team we also made decisions regarding UI and UX, ensuring that they were driven by user needs and aligned with overall project goals.

Challenges
The primary challenge we faced was the limited timeframe and the absence of finalized scripts. To address this, the team prioritized revising the scripts to accurately capture the functionality of each product while ensuring a smooth and user-friendly interface.

User-Centered Design Process
We conducted rapid usability tests on the click path to ensure intuitive navigation and refine the user flow based on the feedback gathered. During these tests, we identified that the interactive elements of the layout were relatively small, which could limit user engagement. In response, we redesigned the layout to enhance the visibility and accessibility of these elements, subsequently applying the improved design across all three prototypes.

Tools & Collaboration
We used Figma for UI and prototyping. On this platform, we iterated and refined the designs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with technical constraints.

Outcome
